**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS OF SUNNINGDALE SCHOOL (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE SCHOOL") BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL, RECREATIONAL AND OTHER CHARITABLE FACILITIES IN  AUGMENTATION OF SUCH FACILITIES FINANCED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY OR THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION AND EMPLOYMENT (DFEE). IN FURTHERANCE OF THIS OBJECT BUT NOT FURTHER OR OTHERWISE THE TRUSTEES MAY UNDERTAKE ACTIVITIES WHICH PROMOTE THE CHARITABLE WORK OF THE SCHOOL AND THE FURTHER EDUCATION AND ADVANCEMENT IN THE LIFE OF THE PUPILS.

**Activities:** The Charity is used to supplement the work undertaken in school to support the learning, care and development of Sunningdale pupils.  Under the new Extended Schools initiative, Sunningdale is also working with children other than those who attend the school and with vulnerable young people and older people again eg some elderly residents in our local community.
