This subsequently means that parents and carers can purchase uniform items for their child directly from the school at the same cost price and prevents parents and carers having to pay the increased cost of purchasing school uniform from external suppliers. This charitable function means that the cost of children’s school uniform items is not an inhibiting factor for families. Someries Infant School and Early Childhood Education Centre Charity Fund also enables Someries Infant School and Early Childhood Education Centre to provide uniform items and Hobby School provision to disadvantaged pupils’ families at no cost.
