**Objects:** THE RELIEF OF THE NEEDS OF THOSE PERSONS WITH LEARNING AND PHYSICAL DISABILITIES, PARTICULARLY, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, ATTENDING THE ENDEAVOUR RESOURCE CENTRE, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF EQUIPMENT, FACILITIES AND RESOURCES, PROMOTION, SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE, TO ENHANCE THEIR WELL-BEING, HEALTH, WELFARE AND QUALITY OF LIFE, PROVIDING THAT THE ORGANISATION DOES NOT FUND ANYTHING WHICH THE LOCAL AUTHORITY HAS A STATUTORY OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE

**Activities:** Raise funds to improve the quality of life and services for clients who previously attended the Endeavour Day Centre which was located in Chesham, Buckinghamshire. Since closure of the Centre, these clients are now located at either the Great Missenden Garden Nursery, or at "Outreach" at the Chesham Opportunities Centre in Chesham.
