06.06.25 – AGM – Lilliput Learners

Meeting opened at 09.05 with Chair welcoming everyone and explaining as to why we have an AGM. 

Previous minutes read and questions put towards the floor – no questions 

Treasurers report  attached 

Question asked as to why there was so much money in bank? – explained that if the group was to close down then there is sufficient funds to clear debts. 

Supervisor reported that this term is about growing and all children are growing different types of seeds. 

This is our busy term as boat trip is being organised and children are being prepared to leave us and start school, have a healthy waiting list to start in September. 

She also reminded parent that as of September the new 30hours free would start and for parents to register their codes as soon as possible or they would end up paying 

All committee members stood down and explained that anyone could join the committee
