**Activities:** RAP ensures adults and children over 18 years with learning Disabilities, Mental Health and are vulnerable understand their choices and rights and have a voice about their lives. An independent organisation committed to the high standards of advocacy service on behalf of people with a learning disability or difficulty.We advocate to represent the interests of the service user at all times.
