Committee Committee Members Members Due Due to to increased increased pressures pressures for for returning returning[to] to work work and and children children related[related] issues,[issues,] committee committee members members are are struggling struggling to to commit commit to to every every meeting.[meeting.] We We are are endeavouring endeavouring to[to] ensure ensure[that] that we we work[work] around[around] those those issues[issues] and[and] have[have] decided decided to to split split the the secretary secretary role role between between two two committee committee members. members. Responsibilities and basis of report I report in respect of my exarnination of Hanslope 326 Club the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Acl and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
