Let's Go Stroke Club
Minutes of the Annual General Meeting of the Let's Go Stroke Club held at the DCBL Stadium, Widnes on 11 March 2020 at 8.00pm.

a) Attendance register – circulated and there were ? members present.

b) Apologies for absence – received from Irene Brindle, Martin Higgins, Marion MacDonald, Sue Henry, Doreen & Julie Orme, Tony Moffatt, Mary Evans.
One minutes silence was held for all members who have sadly passed away in the previous 12 months.
We alson congratulated 4 of our members who have recently married.

c) Minutes of the previous AGM meeting held on Wednesday 13 March 2019 were read and approved by Elsie Douglas and seconded by Harold Thorley.

d) There were no matters arising.

e) The accounts for the period ending 31 December 2019 were approved by Kath Ashton and seconded by Dianne Ryder. There were no questions arising.

f) Chair's report: Teresa Cook presented her yearly report yearly and thanked all committee members for their continuing hard work and support.
g) Election of Committee

h) Dianne Ryder and Barry Heap were relected onto the Committee with no opposition.

i) Members: Unfortunately there were no nominations received or volunteers for the 2 vacant positions on the committee. Teresa Cook reminded all presented that any member who is interested in joinging the Committee and volunteer at anytime and be co opted at the next AGM.

k) Teresa Cooke encouraged all club members to participate in all future activities, especially the day trips which, this year, were very poorly supported.

l) There being no further business, Teresa declared the meeting closed at 8.25pm and encouraged all to eat the lovely buffet provided.
