Activities
Used by local residents as a recreational area Whitehead Hall Meadow is kept as natural as possible but there is a formal area at its centre. A pond, constructed footpaths and desire lines through the site are provided with seating areas where people can rest or sit and chat. The aim of the trustees has been to try to increase the biodiversity of the site while maintaining all year round access.
Objects: To Provide And Maintain An Open Space To Be Known As Whitehead Hall Millennium Green For The Benefit Of The Inhabitants And To Be Used Forever As An Area For Informal Recreation Play Or Other Leisure-Time Occupations A Meeting Area Or Place For Community Events And For Any Other Lawful Purpose Consistent With These Trusts And For The General Benefit Of The Community
