**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS AND THEIR FAMILIES OF  BARONS COURT INFANT SCHOOL AND NURSERY [INCORPORATING BARONS COURT COMMUNITY LIBRARY AND INFORMATION CENTRE (CLIC)] (HEREINAFTER CALLED "BARONS COURT") BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF  EDUCATIONAL, RECREATIONAL AND OTHER CHARITABLE FACILITIES IN AUGMENTATION OF SUCH FACILITIES FINANCED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY OR THE DEPARTMENT FOR CHILDREN SCHOOLS AND FAMILIES.

**Activities:** Barons Court Trust Fund supports two beneficiaries ~ the activities of Barons Court Primary School and Nursery; providing extra resources outside the Local Authority budget AND Barons Court Community Library and Information Centre; a community facility housed on the school site, which offers family learning opportunities.
