Activities

To promote the benefit and improve the conditions of life of the inhabitants of Hadley Wood and neighbourhood... to advance eductation and provide facilities in the interest of social welfare. To secure the preservation, protection, development and improvement of features of historic or public interest in the area. To maintain and manage any property or land owned or leased by the Association.

Objects: (1) To Promote The Benefit And Improve The Conditions Of Life Of The Inhabitants Of Hadley Wood And Neighbourhood ("The Area Of Benefit") Without Distinction Of Sex, Political, Religious Or Other Opinions By Associating The Local Authorities, Voluntary Organisations And The Inhabitants Of Hadley Wood In A Common Effort To Advance Education And Provide Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Said Inhabitants. (2) To Secure The Preservation, Protection, Development And Improvement Of Features Of Historic Or Public Interest In The Area Of Benefit. (3) To Maintain And Manage, Or Co-Operate With Any Local Statutory Authority In The Maintenance And Management Of Any Property Or Land Owned Or Leased By The Association And Bodies Associated With The Association In Furtherance Of The Above Objects.
