REPORT OF THE DIRECTORS
The director5 present their report ond the financial statements for the year ended 31" May 2023. This report has been
prepared in accordance with the special provisions relating to small companies subject to the Small Companies Regime
of the Companies Act 2006 and the Statement of Recommended Practice applicable to charities preparing their
accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the LIK and the Republic of Ireland IFRS
1021 lissued October 20191-
PRINaPAL AcfiviTIES AND OBJECTIVES
The company is a regisiered charity as approved by the Charity Commissioner5, RegistratM)n Number 1079707. under
the Charitie5 Act 2011.
The Biii IGloucesterl provides mentoring support and education for young people, and emergency aid to those in
crisi5. It 15 also seeking ways to help young people to explore and foster their spiritual growth. The charity aims to
empower young people who suffer from low 5elf-esteem, low confidence and socTral or educational disadvanta8e to
access opportunities for trainin& education. employment and per￿nal development.
REVIEW OF BUSINESS AND FUTURE DEVELOPMENTS
The Statement of Financial Activities is set out on Page 5_ The gross income of the charity for the year was £46,167
resulting in an overall surplus of E9.747. The directors are of the opinion that the financial position of the funds is
satisfactory and anticipate no difficulty in meeting the obligations of the company.

THE OIRECTORS AND THEIR INTERESTS IN THE COMPANY
The company is limited by guarantee and has no share capital. The directors may derive no benefit or income from, or
apital interest in. the company's affairs.
AUDITORS AND INDEPENDENT EXAMINERS
The company is taking advantage of the Companies Act 2(M)6 (Audit Exemptionl Regulations (sections 476 and 477 of
the Companies Act 20061 and, as the companf s gross income is below £250,(￿ for the year ended 31 May 2023. is
theretore exempt from the obligation to appoint auditors.
This report has been prepared in accordance wbth ihe provisions applicable to companies subject to the Small
Companies Regime in accordance with the Companies Act 2QX)6.
As the gross income of the charity for the year exceeded £25.ClXI, the directors have appointed an independent
examiner to examine the accounts, in line with their obliEations.

COMPLIANCE WITH RELEVANT ACCOUNTING STANDARDS ANO STATEMENTS OF RECOMMENDED
PRACTICE
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with FR5102 The Financial Reporting
Standard applicable in the UK and the Republic of Ireland (issued March 20181 and in accordance with
the Statement of Recommended Practice applicable to charities Pfeparing their accounts in accordance
with the Finantial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK an(1 the Republic of Ireland IFRS 1021 (issued
October 20191.
ACCOUNTING CONVENTION
These financial statements hève been prepa￿￿ under the historical c05t convention.
GOING CONCERN
As there are sufficient reserves and no material uncertainties about the Charity's ability to continue for
the foreseeable future, these accounts have been prepared on a going concern basis.
KEY SOURCES OF ESTIMATION UNCERTAINTY
The trustees are of the opinion that. other than those disclosetl in the notes to these financial
statements, no other key sources of estimation uncertainty existed during the reporting period.
PRESENTATION CURRENCY
The presentation ctjrrenry of these financial statements is £- Pound Sterling- GBP.
PUBLIC BENEFIT ENTITY
The trustee5 disclose that. as per the Llefinition set out in FRS102 - The Financial Reporting Standard

The charity currently has unrestricted general funds and other restricted funds. Income reteived for
Specific purpose5 15 credited to these fund5 in the year to which it relates. Expenditure directly related
to these specific purposes bs deducted from the funds as it is recognised. Indirect expenditure is
apportioned against these specific funds on the basis of hours of support time incurred. Unspent
balances are carried forward to subsequent years within restricted funds.
