Mortgages are available for; people wishing to move to a more suitable property for their needs in later life and Shared Ownership mortgages enabling first time buyers to enter the property market.
Objects: The Promotion For The Public Benefit Of Urban Or Rural Regeneration In Areas Of Social And Economic Deprivation In The United Kingdom By All Or Any Of The Following Means:a) The Relief Of Povertyb) The Relief Of Unemploymentc) The Advancement Of Education, Training Or Retraining, Particularly Among Unemployed People.d) The Provision Of Financial Assistance, Technical Assistance Or Business Advice Or Consultancy In Order To Provide Training And Employment Opportunities For Unemployed People In Cases Of Financial Or Other Charitable Need Through Help:(i) In Setting Up Their Own Business; Or(ii) To Existing Businessese)the Provision Or Assistance In The Provision Of Recreational Facilities For The Public At Large Or Those By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disablement, Poverty Or Social And Economic Circumstances, Have Need Of Such Facilities;f) The Provision Of Advice And Services To Those In Receipt Of Benefits And Those Who Are Both Low Waged And Un-Waged.g) The Provision And Improvement Of Housing And Any Associated Amenities For Persons In Necessitous Circumstances Upon Terms Appropriate To Their Means Provided That Such Power Shall Not Extend To Relieving Any Local Authorities Or Other Bodies Of A Statutory Duty To Provide Or Improve Housing.
