**Objects:** TO PROVIDE RELIEF TO THE INHABITANTS OF RYE AND DISTRICT AND ITS ENVIRONS WHO HAVE NEED BECAUSE OF AGE, MENTAL OR PHYSICAL DISABILITY, OR POVERTY, AND IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT SO AS TO LIMIT THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING:-(A) TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN NON-PROFIT COMMUNITY TRANSPORT SERVICES; AND (B) TO ASSIST THE CHARITABLE WORK OF ORGANISATIONS AND BODIES ENGAGED IN PROMOTING THE RELIEF OF SUCH PERSONS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF APPROPRIATE SERVICES.

**Activities:** To provide and maintain non-profit community transport services to assist the inhabitants of Rye and District especially those who because of age or disability have particular needs or problems with transport and to assist other organisations and bodies supporting such persons by the provision of transport services.
