Foster community involvement and social inclusion for all age groups and abilities in Gwynfe, so they can participate in social, educational, recreational and leisure activities to advance education, improve physical and economic conditions of life in the area and provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure-time occupation.
Objects: 1) To Promote The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Gwynfe And The Neighbourhood Without Distinction Of Sex, Language, Sexual Orientation, Race Or Of Political, Religious Or Other Opinions, By Associating Together The Said Inhabitants And The Local Authorities, Voluntary And Other Organisations In A Common Effort To Advance Education, To Improve The Physical And Economic Conditions Of Life In The Area Of Benefit, And To Provide Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure-Time Occupation.2) To Establish Or Secure The Establishment Of A Community Centre And To Maintain And Manage Same (Whether Alone Or In Co-Operation With Any Local Authority Or Other Person Or Body) In Furtherance Of These Objects.
