**Activities:** icap works to promote good mental health and well being by providing professional, culturally-sensitive, counselling and psychotherapy to Irish people and other minority and marginalised communities in Britian. We also raise awareness of the psychological and social issues which impact on the mental health of these communities and promote healthier lifestyles and living strategies.
