TO EDUCATE AND INFORM THE PUBLIC, THE MEDIA, THE POLICE, THE COURTS, SOCIAL SERVICES AND OTHER AGENCIES ABOUT THE PROBLEMS FACED BY PERSONS WHO ARE VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC ABUSE.
