We aim to<br>offer a happy safe, stimulating environment<br>where children can learn through play,<br>develop social skills and build confidence.|
|Summary of the main<br>activities in relation to those<br>purposes for the public<br>benefit, in particular, the<br>activities, projects or services<br>identified in the accounts.|Para 1.17 and<br>1.19|-<br>During this period our number of<br>children went from 16 down to 10<br>due to children starting school.<br>Nearly al of these children are from<br>families within the community.<br>-<br>We follow the curriculum for funded<br>non maintained settings in wales and<br>provide up to 10 hours early<br>education per week between the<br>hours of 9am and 11am and the 20<br>hours childcare topping up to 30<br>hours per week. Nearly all 3 year<br>olds access these fundings.<br>-<br>Sessions are led by qualified early<br>years practitioners that undergo<br>regular training such as<br>safeguarding, food hygiene, county<br>trainings on education and more.<br>-<br>We had a successful ciw inspection<br>in October 2024.<br>-<br>We have held stalls to fundraise or to<br>have children’s activities at the local<br>shows within the area as many<br>children that attend come from farms.|

We worked on spending<br>less and promoting more and managed to<br>put or finances on the up.<br>In October 2024 we received an<br>unannounced inspection by ciw and gained<br>a good in all areas, showing the hardwork<br>staff put into improving and making the<br>Cylch Meithrin a good place for the children<br>in the local community to grow, learn and<br>develop together.|
