**Objects:** FOR THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE PROTECTION AND PRESERVATION OF PUBLIC HEALTH AND IN SO DOING TO: (A) BUILD AND MAINTAIN A DEDICATED CENTRE FOR PATIENTS WITH DIABETES AND ENDOCRINE DISORDERS AT THE ROYAL SURREY COUNTY HOSPITAL GUILDFORD SURREY; (B) IMPROVE THE SERVICE AVAILABLE TO ALL PATIENTS WITH DIABETES AND ENDOCRINE DISORDERS WITHIN THE DISTRICT SERVED BY THE ROYAL SURREY COUNTY HOSPITAL; AND (C) ADVANCE THE KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF DIABETES AND ENDOCTRINE DISORDERS BOTH TO THE PUBLIC AND THE MEDICAL PROFESSION IN  CONJUNCTION WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF SURREY GUILDFORD.

**Activities:** Raise funds & finance to establish a dedicated centre at the Royal Surrey County Hospital - Guildford -  for the treatment of and research into diabetes and other endocrine disorders.
