I report on the Bank CL4rrent Account and the Paymepts & Re￿Ipts account of the
Pre-school for the year ended 3V312021, which are set out on these pages.
Respective responslbllltles of trustees and examiner
The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The
charity's tru5tee5 consider that an audit is not required for this year (under sertion
145 of the Charities Act 2011} and that an independent examination is needed.
Having satisfied myself that the charity is not subject to audit under company law
and is eligible for independent examination, It is my responslblllty to:

Follow the procedure laid down In the general directions glven by the Charity
Commi55lon under section 145151(bl of the 2011 Act; and
state whether any particular matters have come to my attention.

My examlnatlon was carried out in accordance with the general directions glven by
the Charlty Commlsslon. An examinatlon Includes a review of the accounting records
kept by the charlty and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records.
It also Includes conslderatlon of any unusual Items or dlsclosures In the accounts and
seeking explanations from you as trustees concerning any such matters. The
procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required In an
audlt, and consequently I do not express an audlt opinion as to whether the
accounts present a 'true and falr, vlew and the report is limited to those matters set
out Sn the statement below.

In connection with my examlnation, no matter has come to my attention:
