**Objects:** 1. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION ( INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF THE CHILDREN IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT UP TO THE AGE OF 16 YEARS WITH LEARNING DIFFICULTIES AND/OR DISABILITIES AND/OR HANDICAPS2. TO ENHANCE THE DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION OF SUCH  CHILDREN BY ENCOURAGING PARENTS TO UNDERSTAND AND PROVIDE FOR THE NEEDS OF THEIR CHILDREN AND ENCOURAGING PARENTS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR AND TO BECOME INVOLVED IN THE ACTIVITIES BY WHICH THE OBJECTS ARE FURTHERED AND PROMOTED.3. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF SUCH CHILDREN BY ENABLING THEM TO ASSOCIATE WITH THEIR PARENTS  AND GUARDIANS AND WITH CHILDREN WHO DO NOT HAVE ANY LEARNING DIFFICULTIES AND HANDICAPS4. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION ( INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT TO THE AGE OF SIXTEEN YEARS

**Activities:** The centre helps children, mainly 2-4 yrs, who have a wide range of physical, mental, emotional and/or delayed developmental problems. The centre provides facilities and activities to encourage & assess development. Trained staff are assisted by visiting therapists and teachers who help staff & parents with childrens needs. Transport from various parts of the Borough is provided by Dudley MBC
