**Objects:** THE BUREAU IS ESTABLISHED FOR THE PROMOTION OF ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY IN THE AREA OF ESSEX, CAMBRIDGESHIRE, HERTFORDSHIRE AND SUFFOLK BY THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, THE PROTECTION OF HEALTH AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS.

**Activities:** The Charity has established and conducts Citizens Advice Bureau in Saffron Walden and Great Dunmow to provide a free confidential and impartial service of advice, information and counsel for the public. It also provides an outreach advice service from premises in Thaxted and Stansted
