**Objects:** The Charity's Objects are specifically restricted to the relief of sickness, suffering and distress of babies and children suffering from cardiovascular disease and their families in particular but not exclusively by promoting the understanding, detection, diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease; the provision of grants for specialist medical equipment; and the provision of support services.

**Activities:** To improve the early detection, care & treatment of babies with congenital heart disease.  Provides specialist training to health professionals to improve prenatal screening in hospitals to increase the detection of heart defects in babies before birth.  Funds research to increase understanding of prenatal cardiovascular disease and its impact on the health of the individual.
