**Objects:** FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, TO CONSERVE, RESTORE, MAINTAIN AND ESTABLISH TREES ON LANDS SITUATED IN THE PARISH OF HELLIDON, SO AS TO SECURE AND ENHANCE THE ENJOYMENT BY THE PUBLIC OF NATURAL ENVIRONMENT, SO FAR AS MAY BE CONSISTANT WITH GOOD PRACTICE.

**Activities:** Providing environmental and leisure activities. 2009-2010 Annual bramble bashing in the Autumn. To celebrate the first 10 years, activities have been organised including a Photographic Competition, Bird Survey and Celebration Picnic.
