## Acorn Music Theatre Trust

Trustees’ Report 2021

2020 and 2021 we difficult years Acorn, as for everyone else, due to the Covid pandemic. Acorn ceased workshops as soon as we were advised to do so, though we never stopped thinking about and offering help to any Acorn who needed it.

As soon as we were able, we reopened the workshops, taking great care to follow all the guidelines ensuring that the environment for all our staff, volunteers and Acorns was as safe as possible.

The Acorns found the pandemic very difficult, and it was lovely to see them blossom again during 2021 It was with great excitement that we were able to perform once again at Start Point in Devon in July 2021. Everyone had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed being able perform to an audience once again. Start Point is one of our favourite venues and we are aiming at returning there in 2023.
