To act in capacity of enabler co-ordinator, working as the interface between those willing to donate funds and those requiring grant aided support to implement environmental projects in northern Devon. Donations are actively encouraged from a variety of sources and then distributed for charitable purposes to organizations and individuals.

Objects: (1) To Preserve For The Benefit Of The Public Those Natural Features Of The Land In Northern Devon (Including Land Covered By Water) And In Particular Its Vegetation And Animal Life Which Are Of Ecological Or Educational Value Whilst Respecting Its Historical Features Such As The Remains Of Mediaeval Or Other Civilization;(2) To Advance The Education Of The Public About The Conservation And Protection Of The Environment In Northern Devon.
