RESPONSIBILITIES AI4D BAS￿ OF REPORT.
As the charity trustees of the Tru5L you are responsible for th¢ pr¢paration of the aLwunts in accordance with
the requirements of th¢ Charities Act 2011 {*he Act￿.
J report in respect of my ¢xamination of the Tn￿'S accounts carTied out und¢r se¢tion 145 of the 2011 Act
and in Carrying out my examination. I have followed the applicable Direclions giv¢n by th¢ Charity
Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
BASIS OF llYDEPENDENT EXAMtNERIS REPORT
My examination was ¢orTied out in aco)rdance with the s¢nernl dijtctions given by the Charities
Commission￿. An indepetmlent examination in¢lud¢s a ￿VIeW of the accounting reo)rds kept by the charity
and a comparison of the accounts pr¢s¢nted with those records. It also Includ￿ considerntion of any unusual
it¢ms or disclosures in the a¢¢ounts, and seeking explanations from you as Trustees concerning any such
matters. The proc&lures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be requireAI in an audil and
consequently I do not express an audit opinion on the view Biven by the accounts.
I have completed my Cxaminalion. I confirni that no matelial matters have come to my attention in connection
with th¢ examination which gives me ¢aus¢ to believe that any material res￿t.
