The Trustees present their annual reFXNt b3ether with the aCC￿nts of the Normatyn Charitable Trust for the year
ended 5 April 2026.
Trustegs, responslbllltles
The trustees are responsible for thg preparation of accounts for each financial year which give a true and fair
view of the slate of affairs of the Charty and of its incoming resourc￿ and application of resources for that year.
In preparing those accounts the Trustees are required to..
select suitsble ac£ounts'ng and appty them ¢on$isienty:
make judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudenL
slate whether appliCa￿e accounting standards have be8n folk>wed, subj'ect to any material dePar￿re8
disclosed and explained in the accounts. and
prfrpare the accounts the golng concern basis unless rt is Inappropriate to presume that the charty will
conb'nue in operation.
The Trustees are r•sp)nslble for keeping proper a(x￿nts.￿g records whth disclose with reason8bl8 xcuracy at
any lime the finanual pOsit￿n of the Charity and to enabbe them to ensure that the accounts comply with the
applicable law. They are also responsible for safe9uarding the assets of the Charity and hence for tsking
reasonable steps for the preventson and detection of fraud and other irregulariknes.

The trust was created on 18 May 1999 by Jeremy Steven Newman, Judsth Newman and Daniel Isaac Dover.
Daniel Isaac Dover resigned as a trustee on 12 August 2019. On the same dale. Naclni Esther Nevies and
Zachary Hayim Newman were appointed as trustees.
The trust was registered wth the Chanty Corffl1i￿10n on 28 O¢iober 1999 wrth number 1077985 and Is
constituted by Dec￿rat￿n of Trusl.
The obiect of the trust is to apply the trust fund and its inca)me for such tharilable Purpo￿ as the trustees in
their absoluie dwreb'on see fit

In meeting the objectives. the Trustees have gNen careful consKleration to the Charity Commwion's general
guidance on public benefit aTrd judge that all donations meet this guidance.
Appolntment of trustees
Under the terms of the C)eclarats)n of Trust
there shall te at least three Trustees," and
future Trustees Shall be appointed by the Founder {Jeremy Steven Nffi•m￿n1 during his lifebme and
thereafter by a reWIut￿n of the Trustees.

The trustees continue to make charitable grants to a var￿ty of ￿gIstered Charities. Total donab'ons made in the
year amounted to £34.72612025- £31.9221.
The trustees take a prudent approach to the investment of funds ftflecting their need for ￿$$ to fijnds for
distribution and with a view to Maximi￿n9 the income available for distribut￿￿.
R•8oTve8 pollcy
The trustees have reviewed the policy on reseNes and have agreed that the ¢harity will séek to maintain Its
unrestricted. undesignaled reserves at not kss than £5,000 and not more than £20,000. This was achjeved as
unr8stricted, undesignated reseThes at 5 April 2025 amounted to £6.34212025 - £5.9401.

Basis of preparntion and assessment of golng concern
The financial statements have been prepared on a receipts and payment ba%'s and comply with the
appropriate legal requirements that the gross recorded incorre from all sources did not exceed £250,000
and the charity is not a company incorporated under the Companies Acts.
The trustees ￿)nsider that there are no material uncertainties about the Trusys abilty to continue as a going
concern.
