**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS OF ELANGENI SCHOOL BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL, RECREATIONAL AND OTHER CHARITABLE FACILITIES IN AUGMENTATION OF SUCH FACILITIES FINANCED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY OF THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION AND SCIENCE (DFEE).

**Activities:** To advance the education of the pupils of Elangeni School, Amersham, by providing or assisting in the provision of their education and recreational activities.  Any income received is used to augment the finance allocated by the Local Education Authority, and to provide the "luxuries" which the school could not otherwise afford.
