**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY IS THE PROMOTION AND ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN THE SUBJECTS OF SCIENCE AND MEDICINE AND ALL MATTERS RELATING TO THE PROGRESS AND DEVELOPMENT OF ALL BRANCHES OF MEDICINE AND SURGERY.

**Activities:** The charity makes available the Shropshire Education and Conference Centre to professions allied to medicine for training and education purposes. The Centre has a range of training facilities including a 200 seat training theatre, syndicate and seminar rooms, a library and practical skills theatre.In particular the Centre is used for the training of doctors undergoing post-graduate training.
