**Activities:** Headway North Staffordshire provides rehabilitation & respite  facilities for adults 18 plus with acquired, traumatic or stroke related head injuries.  Headway House provides a meeting place with facilities for improving  mobility social, domestic, educational  and social skills. We provide support and daily respite for relatives.Activities include :Gym and Physiotherapy,Social Activities
