**Objects:** TO ADVANCE EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, IN PARTICULAR FOR THOSE PERSONS WHO ARE UNEMPLOYED OR OTHERWISE DISADVANTAGED, BY PROVIDING TRAINING IN THE SKILLS REQUIRED FOR RADIO BROADCASTING AND MEDIA COMMUNICATION WHICH WILL ASSIST SUCH PERSONS TO BECOME SELF-SUPPORTING OR GAIN FULL EMPLOYMENT.

**Activities:** Radio Regen specialises in using community media to tackle disadvantage and promote the regeneration of deprived areas.  Activities include developing community radio projects around Greater Manchester which provide training and volunteering opportunities for local people and providing resources to support the UK community radio sector.
