The Twst was established by selllement dated 4 Augusl 1999. The principal thjedive of Ilie charity is lo Inake

There have been m changes in the cbjectives since the last annual report.
b. Methods of appolntmeiit or èl&ctlon of Trustees
The management of the charity is the responsibility of the Trustees who ale elected and C(￿pIed under the
terms ol the Trust deed. The exi81ing Trustees have the power to appoint new Trustees as considered
nccessary.
c. Organisatlonal structure and declslon-maklng pollcles
The Trustees meet regularly lo agree funding policy, monitor income and expenditure arKI albcate funds.
d. Policies adopted for the inductlon and tralnlng of Trustees
New trustee appointments must be proposed and agreed by current trustees.

Management personnel provide their serwces free of charge.
f. Related party relationships
The Trustees are also Directors of B(y)dle & Dunlhorne limited, a company that has made voluntary donations

The Trustees have assessed the major risks lo which the charity is exwsed, in particular those related to the
operations and finances of the charity, and are salisliod that systems and procedures are in place to mil￿ate

The objective of the Trusl. as slated in the selllemenl deed. is lo identify and provide funding lo charitable
causes within the Untted Kingdom.
b. Activities undertaken to achieve objectlves
During the year the Trust has made gran15 to a number of charitable organisalions wilhin the Unilttd Kingdom. All
aclivrties undertaken have been done so in support ol the Trust's principal objectives.
c. Grant-making policlas
The Trustees have discfellon over where and when grants made. Grants wll be made by the Trustees as and
when théy identify a suitable and deservlng cause.
d. Volunteers
The foundation relies on the conlTibution of its Trustees who prowde their servvs free of charge.

a. Revlew of activities
The Twslees are pleased to report thai finandal support has been provided lo variou5 deserving charitable
causes during the year as morc fully dclailcd in the note5 to these financial slalements. Investments income and
donations rewgnised for the year amounted to £1.519,39012021.. £119,640).
b. Fundraising activities and income generatlon
The Trustees do not fundraise. The income is derlved from ils investments and by donations received from
Boodle and Dunthome Limited.
c. Investment policy and perfomiancè
The Trustee5 have appointed and given diSCTelion lo Inveslec for thc day-tTrday management of the investments
held by the Trust. Investments are made in accordanco with the directions of the Trustees, who control the
overall nature of the investment portfolio and who are rosponsible for the overall financial contrd of Ihe Trust.
The Trustee's inveslmenl policy is lo seek lo enhance the capital value of the portfolio so that in the long lemi
the income and future capital gains will be sufficient lo meet the expenditure requirernen15 of the Trust. DuTing
