This year we have seen nearly £8,000 year on year increase in event income which was offset by an only £2,000 increase in event costs.

Donations to the school have dropped from £20,000 last year to £2,000 this year.

This has contributed to a swing from £12,000 loss last year to a £17,000 profit this year.
General Matters
Treasurer handover
The treasurer is stepping down and so a new treasurer will need to be appointed, and steps taken to hand over duties and responsibilities.
Steps to be taken include but are not limited to removal of the outgoing treasurer form the bank account, handover of cash float and financial records.
Future funding targets
Discussions to be held between the Committee and the school to identify future funding targets.

Responsibilities and As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the basis of report accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act’).
