## Activities

**Objects:** TO RELIEVE SERVICE USERS AND THOSE IN RECOVERY OF THE NOTTINGHAMSHIRE HEALTHCARE NHS TRUST AND ITS PREDECESSOR AND OTHER PEOPLE IN THE COMMUNITY WHO HAVE MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS AND THOSE IN RECOVERY AND ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND, GENERALLY, TO SUPPORT THE CHARITABLE WORK OF THE SAID NOTTINGHAMSHIRE HEALTHCARE NHS TRUST.

**Activities:** The Friends were formed for the benefit of people with mental health problems and their families in Greater Nottingham.  The Friends aim to promote public understanding of mental health and reduce stigma.  We also supplement the services already provided for the benefit of people with mental ill health.
