ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE
Honicknow18 Commnet Ltd is now approaching its 24th year of working in and closely with the local
community. Our success has b88n built on our passion and commitment for making sure that all
88rwic8s we offer ar8 community led wth a focus on delivering s8rvices which provid8 OPPOrtuniti8s
for both soci81 and p8rsonal development for all service users. W8 use a wide variety of delivery
m8thods including one- one support, group work, consultation and peer r8S8arch. All of our provision
is id8ntifi8d by local people, therefore it Is service us8r led. This 8nab18S US to channel resources
to meet thos8 needs in the most appropriate way. Our focus has been based on delivering projects
and supporting local people alongsid8 fundraising to ensure that We C8n continue to provid8 this
Very much n8ed8d servic8.
Our Youth Work provision for young people aged b8tW88n 10- 25 y88rs is delivered in line with
Plyrnouth City Council's Youth Service Curriculurn Framework, in Ev8ry Childs Matters Outcom88
and the Hear by Right Stsnd8rds.
