**Objects:** 1) PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF COED ELY, RHONDDA CYNON TAFF, AND THE SURROUNDING AREA (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE AREA OF BENEFIT") WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING THE INHABITANTS, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND LOCAL AUTHORITIES IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING QUALITY OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS2) ESTABLISH OR SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMMUNITY CENTRE IN COED ELY AND TO MAINTAIN AND MANAGE THE SAME (WHETHER ALONE OR IN CO-OPERATION WITH ANY LOCAL AUTHORITY OR OTHER BODY IN FURTHERANCE OF THESE OBJECTS)

**Activities:** We provide for art classes, a space for people with learning difficulties, health and fitness with karate and tang so do, a social outlet and youth club for ages 8 and above, also private functions.
