**Objects:** To prevent or relieve poverty for the public benefit anywhere in the World, but in particular in Europe, by providing items, grants and services to individuals in need and/or to charities or other organisations working to prevent or relieve poverty.

**Activities:** The provision of humanitarian aid for the relief of poverty and for the improvement of conditions of life. We obtain, transport and deliver aid directly to people who need it most, either directly or through known and trusted partners.  If practical, we will respond  to emergencies anywhere, but our focus has had to change from the Balkans to refugee crises in Europe, and currently Ukraine

**Area of benefit:** PARTICULARLY TO TERRITORIES OF FORMER YUGOSLAVIA BUT ALSO OTHER AREAS WITHIN EUROPE.
