(B) TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR THE RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF THE PUBLIC ON THE GREENSAND RIDGE AND ITS SURROUNDING AREA, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE. (C) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC.
