**Activities:** Brent Mencaps passion for a healthier & fairer Brent from 1979 led to great housing, employment, health, advice, wellbeing & self-advocacy. We adapted & provide social prescribing support & healthcoaching for Brent patients. People with a learning disability, neurodiversity & carers get inclusive support & free creative/wellbeing activities eg yoga,poetry,singing,gardening,self-advocacy & art.
