**Objectives and principal activities:** 

**The charity’s objectives continue to be:** 

- **Of providing the necessary facility for daily care, recreation and education of children during out of school hours.** 

- **To advance the education of the persons in the provision of such care, education and recreational facility.** 

**The Committee consider that the objectives stated above, satisfy the Charity Commission’s guidenc on being for the public benefit.** 

**The charity’s activities continue to be that of:** 



- **Raising funds, obtain, collect and receive contributions from persons what so ever by way of subscriptions.** 

- **Employing on such terms and conditions of employment as group shall determine any pay/voluntary workers to assist in the attainment of said objectives.** 

- **All other lawful things as shall further the attainment of said objectives.** 

**All monies the charity makes as profit (the ‘total’ amount left between income and expenditure) is carried forward each financial l year end and ploughed back into  the club to update toys, equipment and pay rent and wages to enable the club to keep running and offering children the opportunity to enjoy the before and after school, rap around care offered.**
