## **Objectives;** 

 To provide the necessary facility for daily care, recreation and education of – children during out-of school hours plus school holidays when appropriate. 

 To advance the education of the persons in the provision of such care, education and recreational facility **Activities:** 

 To raise funds/to invite, obtain, collect and receive contributions from persons what so ever by way of subscriptions 

 To employ on such terms and conditions of employment as group shall 

determine any paid/ voluntary workers to assist in the attainment of the said objectives 

 To all other lawful things as shall further the attainment of the said objectives or any of them. 

## **Achievements/ Performance:** 

 Breakfast club and after school each term time day 

 Extra weeks during the summer holidays and most other holidays/ five days a week 

 Despite difficult financial environment, the club continues to offer excellent and affordable child care. 

## **Financial:** 

 All monies the charity make as profit at the end of each financial year are carried forward and used during the
