MT Frank F0￿tt stepped down from his role as a trustee at the AGM in Cktob8r 2021 after semng the Trust as a Irustee for over 20 years. It is the Trusl's practice that trustees are sdected on Ihe basis of their active interest and engagement with the Trust in an inforrn81 capacity for some years prior lo thoir appointsnent as tnjstees. This ensures that twstees have an understanding arml appre¢iab'on of the Tangè of the Trusl's activities and are already rdabonally connectwj to thè Trust. The Trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 144(2) of the 2011 Act and that an independent examination is needed. I report in respect of my examination of the Charity’s financial statements carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act.
