The Rotary Club of Stockwrt Lamplighter Trust Fund (the Trustl is funded ty and makes donations on
behalf of the Rotsry Club of Stockport Lamplighter Ithe Clubl. The trustees are members of and a
appointed by the Club, to whom they are responsible. The trustees ensure the safe kèeping of funds
and their donation to good causes a5 direrted ￿ the aub and are governed ￿ a trust deed dated 21°
June 1990.
The Trust's oblectives are defined ty its trust deed as:

During the year, Ihe Trust fulhlled its tharitable purpose by makin8 ¢S)nations totsllln8 £25,045.7S,
pr1nclpa1￿ to organisations supportin8 those in need in the local area such as food banks, churches,
schools. sports clubs, and similar or8ani5ations. £S,366.f￿l vrds donated to overseas causes through
their UK offices.
Funds were ralsed by the members of the Club and other volunteers through a number of Initiattves.
principally a Christmas collectlon based around the aub's Sants Sleigh and a summer Open Garden5
event.

Other Matter5
At 30 June, the Trust had no emplo￿ and 4 volunteer trustees.
The Trust tomplies with the px)licy on Safeguarding AdU￿S and Children publshed by Rotsry in Great
Britsin and Ireland. There were no risk events during the year.
The Trust has no on8olng commfcments and does not therefore haNÈ a reserves F¥)licy. As at 30th June
2023, unrestrirted funds totalled £33,471.12 held in cash12022= £31.542.921.
