Trustees report for the 12 months ended 31st August 2025.
The charity provides educational support for dyslexic primary school children and now
has 3 learning centres in Cardiff. Neath and Merthyr. The charity off ers teaching by
qualified specialist teachers and we were pleased to be awarded the prestigious
Crested Teaching Centre status by the British Dyslexia Association which recognises the
high quality of our teaching. We plan to open further centres in the year ahead.
The TG teaching offer is high quality but involves a range ot costs which we recover
through chargingfees and through other fund raising. The charity had an operating loss
of 248,000 in the 12 months. We have plans to raise further revenues by also offering
'teach the teacher" courses and through opening a f ull time school in addition to the
learning centres.
The Charity's financial position was secured by a generous donation of £80,000 in
January 2026.
By order ofthe Trustees,
