Minutes of the Trustees’ Meeting held on Wednesday 14[th] May 2025 Commenced at 8:04pm
1.Roll call of members present and apologies.

2. Approval of the minutes of the meeting held on Wednesday 12[th] February 2025
These were proposed by Brett Williams and seconded by Mark Jackson.
## 3. Matters Arising
We are just waiting for the fixed wired test certificate.
4. Correspondence
None
## 5. Financial Position
We currently have £10,222.34 in the current account and £8,379.03 in the savings account.
Operational we made a loss this year but please note we paid out for the previous years and the current year insurance premium in this financial year 2024/2025.
Compared to last year our bookings are down by £3,000 and our bar profit was up by £400.
Our electricity rate is expensive, and we receive no relief on rates.
## 6. Bar Operations and bookings
Again, we thank Robbie for all his hard work with bar and bookings. We have lost some of our regular bookings.
We need more bar volunteers from the clubs to look after their club activities.
## 7.ESCC Lease
Both parties have signed the lease, and Tom Shaw is making application for the land registry.
## 8.Maintenance of the Sports Ground
Mark Jackson is stepping down as organizer for the maintenance of the sports ground.
The current maintenance was hampered by rain, but Mark has completed the maintenance, sanding and seeding.
We all thanked Mark for his hard work on the maintenance of the sports ground for the last 20 years.
The Junior Football Club are planning to put in drainage on the senior football pitch and the far corner of the junior football pitch.
We decided to set up a Sports ground maintenance committee.
## 9.Any Other Business
The EHO rating for the upstairs kitchen was 4 out of 5. We thanked Robbie for achieving such a good rating.
Advisables are to change cupboard doors and deep clean.
We could look ar grants available for the kitchen.
The cricket club water supply is leaking.
