**Objects:** FOR THE PURPOSES OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF OKEHAMPTON HAMLETS IN THE COUNTY OF DEVON (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE AREA OF BENEFIT) WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS

**Activities:** Maintaining and managing our Community Hall for  local community social functions/events.Hall also available for hire for use by local and regional clubs/socities/organisations for their events/meetings, activities, entertainments, classes or demonstrations/social activities. The local general public may also hire the Hall for their private functions (e.g. Birthday parties / weddings).
