Para 1.20 | Over the last year the Brownies have completed many interest and skillbuilder badges as part of Girlguiding UK’s programme. They have also had opportunites to go on residental trips to Disneyland Paris, PGL Liddington, Christmas Pack Holiday at Noah’s Ark Adventure in East Leach, near Cirencester. As well as day trips to the Royal Mint, Magic and Mayhem at Foxlease Residental Centre and two cinema excursions as well as extra unit actvites including a Drum workshop and a visit to the local guide campsite for the evening. This has greatly developed the girls confdence, independence, leadership and teamwork skills. |

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of 1[st] Royal Wootton Bassett Brownies (“The Charity”) for the year ended 31 December 2023.
Responsibilities and basis of report
As the trustees of the Charity, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“The Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Charity’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act. In carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent examiner’s statement
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in any material respect:
