**Objects:** TO RELIEVE, COMFORT, SUPPORT AND ADVISE PERSONS WHO HAVE SUFFERED A HEART ATTACK, UNDERGONE MAJOR SURGERY OR ANY OTHER HEART DISORDERS, IN PARTICULAR BY :(A) PROVIDING COUNSELLING, GUIDANCE AND INFORMATION TO PATIENTS AND FAMILIES(B) SUPPORTING CARDIAC REHABILITATION PROGRAMS(C) MAKING CONTRIBUTIONS FROM TIME TO TIME TOWARD THE COST OF SPECIAL ITEMS OF EQUIPMENT ETC FOR THE CARDIAC UNITS OFF THE MAIN NOTTINGHAM HOSPITALS AND EMERGENCY SERVICES, TO PROVIDE BENEFITS TO ALL CARDIAC PATIENTS AND THE COMMUNITY.SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE WELFARE OF SUCH PERSONS

**Activities:** The object of the group is to boost the morale of both patient and their families by providing support, guidance and advice by maintaining contact by meetings, social events and provide advice from professional Speakers at monthly meetings. We also support cardiac rehabilitation programmes and make donations from time to time to the Cardiac Units at the two main Nottingham Hospitals.
