**Objects:** TO PRESERVE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS OF THE CIVIL PARISH IN LODDON IN THE COUNTY OF NORFOLK AND OF THE NATION AT LARGE, WHATEVER OF THE HISTORICAL, ARCHITECTURAL AND CONSTRUCTIONAL HERITAGE MAY EXIST IN AND AROUND THE CIVIL PARISH OF LODDON AFORESAID IN THE FORM OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND LAND (INCLUDING ANY BUILDING AS DEFINED IN SECTION 336(1) OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990) OF PARTICULAR BEAUTY OR HISTORICAL, ARCHITECTURAL OR CONSTRUCTIONAL INTEREST, AND ANY ARTEFACTS WHETHER OR NOT THE NATURE OF FIXTURES WHICH MAY BE CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR ENJOYMENT OF ANY SUCH BUILDINGS STRUCTURES OR LAND.TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR THE RESIDENTS OF THE CIVIL PARISH OF LODDON AND SURROUNDING AREAS IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE.
