to USA, University Fayres, French &

financlal period. This Ss partially due to
payments owed to Worcestershire
County Council that have yet to be paid
out. On execution of these payments the
account balance will remain
ositive.
The trustees have agreed to hold
reserves to enable payments to
Worcestershire County Councll to be
fulfilled and to provide resources for
future funding in line with the purposes
of the charit
